Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by one of our dedicated meet and greet specialists. They will welcome you immediately upon arrival to the beautiful country of Tanzania. Our team members will assist with luggage and escort you to your waiting vehicle, making your arrival to Tanzania easy and efficient. Each person will simply need to complete the online visa application in advance and provide a passport valid for at least 6 months past your arrival date and with at least two blank pages.
After enjoying breakfast, you will depart Arusha and make your way to Arusha National Park in one of our LandCruiser safari vehicles on your hour journey to the national park. Arusha National Park, located in northern Tanzania, is a stunning gem known for its diverse landscapes and rich wildlife. Encompassing Mount Meru, the park features lush forests, serene lakes, and volcanic craters, offering breathtaking views and a variety of habitats. It's a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, with opportunities to spot giraffes, buffalo, and a variety of bird species. The park is also renowned for its proximity to the bustling city of Arusha, making it a convenient yet tranquil escape into nature.
After breakfast you will make your way to Tarangire National Park. Sit back and relax on your three-hour journey to the national park. As you make your way to your camp, you will pass wildlife and enjoy a game drive in your first park. Tarangire is known for its large elephant population, iconic baobab trees, and networks of swamps.
Start your morning with a fresh cup of roasted coffee overlooking the beauty of Tarangire. This park is often overlooked in the northern circuit, but offers incredible chances to see wildlife up close as elephants congregate near baobab trees to stay out of the sun, or see elephants swimming in the river water.
Lake Manyara National Park → Karatu Country Lodge / Bougainvillea Safari Lodge.

Central Serengeti, located in the heart of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park, is a prime area for wildlife viewing and showcases the park's iconic savannah landscape. This region is renowned for its incredible concentrations of wildlife, including vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and predators such as lions and cheetahs.

With your lunches packed, you will head up north to a less crowded region of the Serengeti. Less crowded does not mean less action - see Mara River, home to hippos and crocodiles, and attracts an abundance of wildlife from giraffes, elephants, leopards, and lions. The Mara River passes through the northern Serengeti then to Lake Victoria to the west, offering spectacular wildlife viewings in this region. With the river crossing, you can witness wildebeest and zebra battle river currents and Nile crocodiles to reach the other side of the bank.
Serengeti North → Tanzania Bush Camp / Baobab Camp
Today, you can take a morning game drive, the best time to spot big cats around the plains. After your morning drive, enjoy the views of the plains while you relax and reminisce about all you saw today. Enjoy cold drinks at the lounge, and the community campfire in the evening with other guests.
North Serengeti → Central Serengeti → Tanzania Bush Camp / Baobab Camp
The route typically takes you through diverse terrains, from the lush, forested areas of the northern region to the expansive, open plains of the central Serengeti. Along the way, you may encounter different wildlife and changing scenery, providing a rich safari experience.
Central Serengeti → Ngorongoro Crater → Karatu → Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge / Bougainvillea Safari Lodge
Today you make your way to Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the “Garden of Eden” for its lush landscape and paradise for animals. You will descend into one of the largest calderas in the world where you will witness wildlife coming together on the crater floor. Though we cannot promise a sighting, the chances are high you will see rhinos gather here.
Arusha Airport → Zanzibar Airport → Zanzibar
After your last breakfast in the bush, you will head to the Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Just under an hour and a half of flight time, you will land on the beautiful island, where the humid air awaits you. Enjoy the views of the island from the plane and when you step off a guide will be waiting for you after security. Our guide will show you different areas as you make your way to your beautiful private escape.
Stroll on the beach, relax by the pool in the evening, and take advantage of the views of the ocean. You have the option for a Stone Town tour, where you can visit a spice farm, boat to prison island or visit the old slave market. Witness the beautiful architecture with Islamic influence and culture of Zanzibar.
